Please note that the following terms and conditions apply only to online purchases on the website.

Order Confirmation
By transmitting your order on the Bottier du CInq website, this constitutes a confirmation of purchase of the products under the conditions described on the site. If an ordered product is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you to make arrangements to deliver the ordered product as soon as possible.

Modification or cancellation of an order?
If you wish to modify or cancel an order that was placed online, you must contact our customer service department as soon as possible at 450-377-1837 during our business hours. A member of our team will take care of giving you the best customer service possible.?

Shipping Policy
When you make purchases from our website, the order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery address must be clearly indicated to avoid any shipping problems. Please note that no delivery will be made to P.O. Boxes, transportation centers, certain remote locations in Canada or outside of Canada.?Le Bottier du Cinq reserves the right to choose the carrier to make the delivery. A shipping confirmation containing the tracking number and an estimated delivery time will be sent to the buyer shortly after the package is shipped. Delivery times are normally 7 to 10 business days.  For orders over $150, delivery is free.  For an order value between $100 and $150, a $10 shipping fee will be added to your invoice.  For an order value of less than $100, a $20 shipping fee will be added to your invoice.

Return Policy
Your merchandise has been carefully checked and packed before leaving our warehouse. However, if you received your order in poor condition or if we made a mistake while preparing it, please contact our customer service at 450-377-1837 to explain your situation. You have 7 days from receipt of the package to contact us.

Other reasons
If you are not satisfied with the color, size, or if the product simply does not suit you, please note that a $15.00 fee including taxes will be deducted from the refund amount for the return of the merchandise to the store. The item must be in new condition, i.e. undamaged, clean, odorless, free of animal hair, and with the original tags and packaging.

Returns, no exchanges
In order to facilitate the management of returns, we do not make exchanges, only returns. If you wish to exchange the items received, simply make a return and then place a new order afterwards. You will be refunded for your return after receiving your items in store.

Method of payment
In order for your order to leave our warehouse, full payment of the order, including taxes and shipping charges if applicable, is required.?We accept the following methods of payment:

It is necessary that the information (name, address and telephone number) entered at the time of billing be identical to that appearing on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a discrepancy between this information.??
